Armada was my introduction to the name Starscream and it really set my expectations for the character. It's really cool that we're getting more Unicron Trilogy themed toys.

I have a weird sort of secondary nostalgia for Armada: while I grew up with G1, the Unicron trilogy was how I bridged the gap with my younger cousins, particularly the PS2 game. So while G1 Starscream is still my dude, I have a great deal of fondness for Armada Starscream. It helps that he has such a markedly different personality from G1 too.

It looks good. I really liked the Asymmetric wings of the original figure, when the sword was removed, which is sadly missing on this figure.

I love that the transformation is still almost identical to the Armada toy, because why fuck with perfection?

So far armada starscream is the best incarnation next to g1 and prime. He reminds me of Zuko from avatar the last airbender, amity blight from the owl house and Dinobot from beast wars

My friend calls figures like these "Apology Figures". Cause like G1 Prime, for 1984, was a cool toy. Armada Starscream, while one of the better figures from that line, still had issues. I like it because Armada Starscream had an interesting arc, and deserved a better toy.

Love this version of Starscream. The only Starscream who isn't a coward and had a will to prove himself to be worthy of respect.

Armada Starscream will likely always be my favourite incarnation of the character. Nostalgia is a hell of a drug. The armada/energon series is my childhood.

I'm not big on how they handled the arms, but he's probably one of the best flyers (possible QC issues aside) because it's not a jet with a robot stuck underneath it. The distinct lack of Robot Under a Jet Syndrome has me considering a purchase.

Just got this guy yesterday. Hands down my favorite figure of the legacy line. I love that you can have him look all the way up for some great flight poses, and he's got a good port in both modes for a flight stand. I have him soaring over Nemesis Prime on my shelf, and he looks fantastic.

Honestly not a bad update to Armada Starscream.
My only complaints are the wing sword and mini-con activated flip out Null Laser cannons is a serious missed opportunity.
Especially for those who grew up with Armada Starscream like myself.

After borrowing the full series DVD of Armada from the library and binge watching it, I fully want this version of Starscream in my collection. I love how one of his wings became a sword.
