Hi question, the Chinese consulate appear to insist for former Chinese nationals or any revisiting visa applicant to provide their old passport with a record of last visa from China. My last visit was 27 years ago and I don’t have any records of my old passport, travel document nor my visa then. There seems to be no alternative instructions on the website. Any suggestions?

Try to get the first form done ASAP so you can book your appointment, then you can change errors while waiting. Do this by starting new form and using the previous form prefilled then attach the new form with no errors to the appointment.

Hi, on the form there is an option where I can submit application by post but have been advised that application by post is currently not available which confused me.
I rang the Melbourne service centre no. and the automated voice message says that application by post does not apply to rush and express service and it takes up to 10 working days instead of 4 working days for regular service.
I live in Melbourne and am applying for tourist visa. Would you know if I can submit my application by post?

Sorry I'd like to ask, were you applying for the F Visa, you mentioned you were invited, so an invitation letter was sent to you. Well I do have an au pair opportunity in China, the host family has agreed to send the invitation letter, I am applying for the F Visa, since its more of an exchange program. Please do I select single entry or double entry? I have more questions to ask, I'm just confused as what to do.

Hello Michael! I will visit China in August and I need to apply for the visa. Since the nearest embassy is a two-hour flight away, I am unable to come in person to collect the visa. Is it possible to receive it by mail or post?
