I have a Cannon G7020 and it worked. I got to the setting a little differently, via the LCD, but I did this exact same reset and it corrected the issues. Thank you

Thank you very much for your time and sharing this information. I have the Canon g3202 and I try running it twice a week at least. Never had issues since I purchased it until last week when I forgot to run it then I noticed the colors was off. Your video was the first I found and the issue was corrected.
