This video is SUPER OLD. xD I psoted it six months back, but just decided to make it public for funsies. x3

I really need to figure out how to fix the audio desync, it's an amazing device, outside of that issue. Maybe I oughta try the whole 480 thing and see if that at least increases the threshold.. I had an issue with FRAPs a little while back where the same thing happened, and reducing the resolution fixed it, oddly.

It's a great card, though unless I can get the apparent sound desync fixed(It happens after about 12 minutes or so and it gets very bad.) I'll be looking into a Hauppage. I need longer clips for sure--especially if I wanna consider doing some of the RPGs or Demon's/Dark Souls games.

You can also try updating the firmware on the Elgato. Just google it and it should show you how.

The Elgato can reach even higher quality if you do some smart work getting the HDMI to work but yeah interlaced < progressive makes the biggest difference. Compare 480i to 480p?
Anyways i got it as well and its so tiny. :)
