Danny Sullivan | Conversations with Jeff Weeks | WSRE

Показать описание
It’s known as the "Spin and Win", perhaps one of the more dramatic moments in motor racing. It was the 1985 Indianapolis 500, and Danny Sullivan passed the legendary Mario Andretti for the lead when, at over 200 miles per hour, Sullivan’s car spun completely around. Amazingly, he saved it. That in and of itself is remarkable, but more impressive is that Sullivan would re-group and go on to win the race and have his likeness etched into history on the Borg Warner trophy.
While best known for his Indy car career, Sullivan has raced in other series including Formula One and NASCAR, and he sits down for an-depth interview about his life and career on this edition of Conversations with Jeff Weeks.
