how the HECK did she fire a dart past Carmen's tall ass jacket collar and hit her on the side of the neck with the dart being at an angle where the poison would reach the blood stream? sure there's an artery there and would be hardER to miss, but my point is that the dart flew straight and landed straight, so unless the collar is an illusion, the dart would need to go through it to penetrate the neck in the fashion it did
