PIONEER DDJ SX3 SENSITIVITY ISSUE??

Anyone have a solution to this. Why is it only responsive when I touch any part of the unit as I proceed to touch the jog wheel. It's like there's no inbetween. I increase to max sensitivity and I turn into iron man -_- which is bad I can accidentally have my hand over the wheel and the music cuts off. Is this like a safety feature. Seriously please help

We've identified an issue in some DDJ-SX3 controllers which can cause the audio output to freeze or make all the unit's LED lights switch off.

All affected DDJ-SX3 controllers will be examined and repaired free of charge at an authorized Pioneer DJ repair center.

This is d exact problem I having with mine atm...initially I was having it with the 2 platters...sent it back...came back with d black dot. But now getting d problem on only d left platter. What's your fix??

Im having same issue with my old sx1. I hate these touch sensitive things. I dont know why they thought this was a good idea?. I was going to upgrade to this one, but after this video why should i smh.

IK KNOW WHAT IT IS check your censor is off because when there is light onto the jog wheel it stop the song and messes it up

Maybe they need to ground their power cords? Or someone at the factory overlooked a tiny missing ground when designing the circuit boards.. hehe

I had the same issue. For me, it was my Macbook pro charger that was causing the short-out. It was plugged into the same power strip, which the sx3 was plugged into. I removed the charger from the power strip and board worked fine.

I found a solution, what I do is connect any other equipment on the input line of the SX3 and problem solved

I have the same thing with my SX2. It's only due to your home studio. When I'm out at gigs I do not have this issue.

Take it back. Serato and Pioneer are not getting along. Wouldn't be surprised if Pioneer isn't intentionally sabotaging the ddj sx series of controllers. They want tyou to use their platform Rekordbox DJ.

I think it's the actual software of serato my Denon does this as well from time to time !

My Sx2 has that same issue and my warranty expired. Do u know around how much it cost for repair?
