Hey Jp. this front elevation with a soft and inviting color scheme flowing into the foyer tile. Like the wainscoting in the dining room. Cozy family room with accordion doors. Always appreciate a theater room. Huge kitchen. Like the built in bench window seat day to day dining. Huge kitchen and island/2 dishwashers. Love the fridge with center temp controlled wine rack and the homework station. Now you know I love a bar. You sure don’t Jp see real grass and don’t care to 😂. Gotten accustomed to grass less backyards. Less maintenance. Beautiful pool/basketball court/covered lanai/firepit /stone water feature/lovely guesthouse with everything but a laundry 🧺 room. Like the outdoor kitchen with counter seating 7. Would need to be covered. Stunning primary with en-suite/huge shower with seat. The primary the size of a 3-bedroom apt in NY. This house is so beautiful and really home feeling, I like everything, I like the construction style, the cream colour palette, it’s feels really like a home, I like that it’s compartmented in rooms, no just a very open concept, and it’s doesn’t look like this modern glass out of this world house. The only thing I’d replace is the checkers floor in the entry, I’d love just white tiles or marbles, that’s it. Everything else, absolutely great. It has a really homey feel to it, I can see myself raising my kids in this house. Way to go JP. Beautiful house...but how do you change the lightbulb on a two story ceiling?? How do they clean those ceilings when they start to inevitably collect dust?? I digress tho...still a beautiful house!
