Today he's beginning with his own home, er, apartment...okay, let's just call it a skate-centric bachelor pad. Jim lives in a small, one bedroom that's actually situated inside his legendary skatepark, the House of Hammers. It may not look like the most comfy living space, but It's perfect for Jim's various art and design projects. Even better, he's got a word-class park right outside his front door. We'd be lying if we said we weren't a little jealous.

I've only recently seen The Dead Zone, for some reason. But damn, that is an incredible movie and flashes through my mind frequently. Definitely miss movies like that, but if Cronenberg and De Laurentis are involved, count me in!
