lucky you with ios 8 . I had a 5s back then, and it ran perfectly, and later upgraded to 6s, 7, XS, and now 11 pro . But Ios 8 10 and 12 were most optimized and ran perfectly smooth

Yeah I'm surprised people still don't realize TikTok is just what musical.ly became after the acquisition of a Chinese company that owned the app TikTok, which was failing massively. It's actually the reason why TikTok managed to become so popular. Probably not a sufficient reason, but a necessary one (as in, there would be no “OMG TIKTOK” stuff going on on the Internet, if that acquisition hadn't happened).
