Handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Salt to taste
Instructions:

In a large pot, bring the water or chicken broth to a boil over medium heat.
Add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal or ginger. Let them simmer for about 5 minutes to infuse the broth with flavors.
