I agree with all the unfavourable comments. I am completely confused and have previously managed very well I am in my 90s and can’t cope with these new changes. Why was it necessary? No one needs as much data as this. Also when instructions are voiced on TV the sound disappears so rapidly you can’t take it in. You have successfully destroyed one of the pleasures in my life and I am sure I am not the only elderly person who can’t manage the new changes

Certainly does seem more complicated but maybe once we get used to it might be okay. Would be a good idea in the future to ask Fetch users for ideas on making it more easier and what they would like instead of just going ahead with the changes without any input from users.

I have no idea how to cancel a scheduled recording. The new fetch jumps all over the place instead of staying to the left. Don’t like so much about this app. PLEASE SHOW ME HOW TO DELETE SERIES RECORDING. 😢

This has got to be the worst update ever! The 'Paw button' was the most important and at the centre of the remote. The new button reasignment is so counter-intuitive

Fetch used to be so easy to use, with clear screens and text, simple procedures and a pleasure to use. Setting recordings up to a week in advance was easy and quick. Now the whole thing is a cluttered, dingy, complicated mess. I've gladly signed a petition to have this abomination removed. I hope millions sign.

I absolutely hate thus update, before it was so easy to find stuff and now I can't find anything. before it had a tick besides the recordings you have watched and now it doesn't so I have no idea what I have and havent watched

I agree this upgrade is terrible i go to watch recorded shows and it want lete go to previous recordings only the last one 😢

Brilliant now you can't use the Samsung TV remote to control Fetch because when you press the play button it wants you to then press the paw or menu which obviously don't exist. For the life of me there is absolutely no need for this. Clearly the programmers have never used a TV before, and the biggest selling TV at that! This has now made the Fetch box useless... time to bin it!

I find fetch has issue with recording live tv. Trying to watch it back and it constantly stutters to the point it stops playing because it thinks it has reached the end

This change is a disaster. I cannot watch programs that I want to go back to without playing around up down or right.
I cannot delete a program that I previously recorded and watched without deleting a whole series
I cannot cease recording a series
You need to do something to fix these issues

The new update is over complicated and made using Fetch more difficult rather than easier.

Fetch has just pushed through an update which has just ruined the user friendliness that it had before. It now takes many more steps just to what it used to do. The lay out and format is now terrible also. A rubbish update that has made the box primitive. I also have to go back using the old faulty fetch remote that has a huge delay, just to use the menu button ( i was using a universal remote to get around using the slow fetch remote). Now I am going to get rid of this junk now. It is bad enough with the box constantly freezing and black screen, which requires it to be turned on and off at the powerpoint. All of these issues are very common and well known with Fetch. Just google it for yourself. Adios fetch

Seems overly complicated.
Only decent change, and I'm reaching, is ability to see past program on TV guide.
Only ever issue I had is when on playback, the display shows how much time/minutes is left on the program. A more logical system would to be show how much time INTO the program u r watching!!!
