This is fantastic! Thanks for helping us beginners. I’m almost 50 and overweight. I can now do 3 sets of 10 push ups and 3 sets of 1 pull up.

Very good video. I am following my own progression, but if I was not then I honestly think this would work too. The jump to planche is crazy hard, you need to start getting ready from day 1. That is the only major flaw I see in this progression.

Honestly one of the best videos i have ever seen in youtube....My question is i am in the lvl where i have 4-5 sec full planche and also 2 straddle planche press/flpu etc...I do basics X2 per week with my bodyweight...However my basics are in a good lvl and i am thinking to do weighted basics but i am afraid if my body dont recover well...What do you suggest me Andry?

excellent video, saved for later reference. 🎉🎉🎉
Could you make a video talking about nutrition? What are your main recommendations? Pre and post workout, along the day? How do you divide your protein, carbs and fats intake? And what about rest? How often, sleep time, rest days, or do you always do active rest days?

You have to work a litittle on mobility yourself like all of us 🙂. The leg raises should involve minimal back activation (your back should be about vertical)

Hi coach, it's been 2 years that I started training planch and I can only do advanced tuck planch here's my work that I'll do today;
Warm up : 10 sc pseudo planch with perfect form and not to much forward x2,
10 rep slow pseudo pushup,
warm my elbow, shoulder, wrist, scapula, biceps massage,
10 sc advanced tuck planch on 30kg resistance bend x2
Training : 15 sc advanced tuck planch (I only can do 10 sc, I add 5 sc) x2 (with tuches on the ground if technic is bad),
6 sc advanced tuck planch and 6 sc tuck planch x2,
6 rep strength advanced planch push up (1 sc up, 3 sc down) x2,
When Tired up: Max hold planch with 30kg elastic x failure,
12 planche pushup with 30kg elastic band with 1 sc hold at the top x3.

Hope you'll help me tell if it's good or not, btw I make these trainnig 2x a week
