A Pierre move to McLaren wouldnt be so great because he would suffer the same problems Danny Ric is right now. They both drive corners similarly and the way the car is built makes it hard for Danny to race comfortably. Obviously Pierre could adapt to the new car but so could Danny and hes still having problems

i agree re mclaren, they cannot not be looking at his consistency especially with daniel’s performance at the moment. there are no other real teams at the moment that would be a logical move. if lewis retires, the obvious replacement is nyck de vries, if alonso retires you have to look to oscar piastri… i know mclaren have pato o’ward but would they go for him, i’m not so sure. the only other team would potentially be aston martin but they’re hardly performing at the moment so unlikely. i think he will stay this season then with daniel’s contract ending 2023, the move may happen
