Research indicates that ingesting cayenne pepper increases circulation, improves blood vessel strength and reduces plaque buildup in your arteries. One of the main reasons for this is capsaicin, which is an active compound of cayenne peppers.

Cayenne Extract Dosage:

The recommended dosage for cayenne extract is 500 mg taken once to three times daily, or as directed by a physician. Each dose should be taken with 8 oz. of water and a meal to reduce the chance of heartburn.

Cayenne also comes in a capsule form. In this case, take one capsule once to three times per day. Again, be sure to take the capsule with at least 8 oz. of water.

Adding cayenne pepper to your foods, stews, soups, smoothies, eggs, quiches, egg salad, hummus, teas, hot chocolate, lemonades, sauces, or taking supplements will be extremely beneficial to your cardiovascular system.

Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.

Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
A high blood pressure
Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
Stress
Obesity
A sedentary lifestyle

Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea
Chest pain or angina
Palpitations of the heart
Dizziness
Weakness

I just added cayenne pepper to my regime a couple days ago along with cucumbers. I read a study that was done on people with high blood pressure that were given 100 grams of cucumber a day and the top number dropped 10 points. So cucumbers dipped in cayenne pepper is now part of my daily diet.

Yes I am seeing results too, I started taking 1/3 tsp with food, and in after a month increased to 1/2 tsp before a meal.(3 times/day) After 5-6 weeks have reduced BP from 165 down to 132, and still reducing, as of today BP 127. Other factors for me have stopped eating carbs or very few now, sticking to a mediterranean style diet as well.

As a fellow health YouTuber, I appreciate the insights shared in this video! It's fascinating how cayenne pepper, particularly its active compound capsaicin, can have such a profound impact on cardiovascular health. Research supports the idea that capsaicin not only enhances circulation but also plays a role in reducing inflammation and improving endothelial function, which is crucial for maintaining healthy blood vessels.

Incorporating cayenne pepper into our diets can be a simple yet effective way to support heart health. I often recommend adding it to meals or even trying it in warm water with lemon for an invigorating drink. Additionally, it's worth noting that the benefits of cayenne pepper can be amplified when combined with other heart-healthy foods, such as garlic and leafy greens, which also promote circulation and reduce cholesterol levels.

Thank you, Dr. Mandell, for shedding light on this powerful spice! Let's continue to spread awareness about natural ways to enhance our health. Keep up the great work!

A whole banana, whole kiwi, and an apple with my plant based protein after lifting weights. 2 yrs. Later, my Ldl is below 100.
