The Eastern Swordsman in an untrainable infantry unit in Age of Empires II HD: The Forgotten. It appears in several campaign scenarios and is also available in the Scenario Editor.
The Eastern Swordsman has exactly the same stats as the Norse Warrior and only differs from the regular Long Swordsman by lacking the attack bonus against buildings.

Two notable appearances are in Ruins of Empires and Estado da India, the third and fourth scenarios in the Francisco de Almeida campaign, respectively.

The Norse Warrior (Nordic Swordsman before the Definitive Edition) is an untrainable infantry unit introduced in Age of Empires II HD: The Forgotten. It appears in several campaign scenarios and is also available in the Scenario Editor.

I think all units need to be re-skined according to their own civilization, its weird to see mayan man at arms with european aspect, or chinese european cavaliers.

We have a militia and a spear line, it would be interesting if there was a ‘professional’ line as militia are meant to be villagers in uniform
