Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department’s Capital Improvement Program

The Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department has a multi-billion dollar Capital Improvement Program (CIP) to make necessary upgrades to thousands of miles of pipes, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment plants. The CIP will fulfill the department’s vision of continuous delivery of high quality drinking water and wastewater services to nearly 2.3 million residents and visitors.
