I’ve been loving playing hwei into engage. You just fear people like panth out of the jump. And as support there’s normally more than 1 person so using the qe big fire line to slow then wq for move speed away has helped a ton for kiting this still leaves your e open for someone who flashes or just on you to eq or if your trying to run away while in jungle you can throw down the root. I find ee very inconsistent and normally ends up throwing the fight when a fear or root would have been much more impactful. That being said ee is very satisfying especially when paired with the fire line and if it hits multiple to activate your passive multiple times they all blow themselves up it’s great.

*W combos are support skills
*E combos are roots and fears

I was thinking of doing him support/shield or enchanter like when I saw the W ability tree bc its more utility based, however the shield is really weak and its 50% less on allies
