No trinitarian has an issue with those statements being about the true humanity of Jesus... partitive exegesis since before 400 AD... the issue is that Oneness do not see a distinct (as in distinct from the Father) divine person behind the Son, but rather a unipersonal being speaking to himself.

The last statement... that He is both God and man is found in every ORTHODOX statement of faith in the world.

The divinity that is in Christ is the Father, and the verses that you mentioned Dr. Bernard speaks about the humanity of Christ and not another hypostasis, otherwise we would enter into Arianism and the unequal equality of persons

Don't see the point of this particular argument. Trinitarians and Oneness both believe that Jesus was fully God and fully human.
