I wonder what my father would think of this gentrification of his old neighborhood. He lived there during the depression...enduring grinding poverty. Just amazing what time can do...trendy and cool. Wow.

I use to live in Regent Park at Gerrard and Sumach streets. And I went to that school Sprucecourt public school. Spend my summer days going to Riverdale zoo in the Riverdale Park of course now there's a farm there where the Riverdale zoo use to be. I think the farm is still there I am not sure.
