Also, is that Manfrotto 492 still your go-to? I'm looking for ideas to clamp a Zoom F3 to a tripod leg.

Have you ever used the ifootage Spider Crab system? Similar to the magic arm, but different method to attach things? If so, what are your thoughts?

I am convinced MiniGrip is a good choice for traveling light. However, there are no 3/8" pins with either 1/4" or 3/8" threading to support this MiniGrip when a small light, for instance, Aputure MC, Luxli Cello, needs to be set up on the grip head. Any suggestions? The only product I can find are Matthews Microgrip rods.

I use a 1x1 panel light as a work light during home renovations. Have you ever used professional gear for casual purposes, like cooking or smoking?

Found you again, Jem! I also dig the Matthews reverse stands and mini grip. Could one use those tools to create a 4x or 6x booklight? Or even hold up a diffusion frame/cloth? How would you do it? Thanks
