We’re excited to introduce a new turbo for your diesel. We’re testing our new 62mm, budget friendly turbo to see if we can crack 500 RWHP on our stingy dyno!

The Aggressor 62 turbo is a budget friendly turbo designed to make 500+ horsepower and fits between the K27 and 362SXE turbos. Pick one up for your truck at the link below:

That's exactly what I've been looking for. Budget friendly 500hp with decent spool for a street truck 12v. Those k27s arent super cheap so I'm looking forward to seeing what these go for.

Those Marine tunes are no joke. I have always seen guys copy off the marine industry applications, way back to the 12 valve, 7100 pump and injector combos, even the ATPA guys did it back in the day. Super torque-y, and super strong pulls. A street truck with a marine inspired tune up, is always a please-r. A goods tubular iron manifold with this turbo, may see better Mid America Truck show had those boys there, I had a co-worker that bought one, the results were worth the cost. The driveability was even better.

I did same setup on my CAT 3126 inline six 7.2L motor. S362SX-E billet wheel, 65mm turbine wheel 0.88A/R gated T3 housing with a spacer. Very responsive turbo.

I got a s362sxe sxe on my p pump 24 v with 100 hp injectors, running 22* timing 178/ 208 cam, absolutely love it. Never see above 1200* when towing no matter what. I would expect this new turbo to be perfect, ( spool even quicker, and clean up fuel more yet on top end.)

Would like to see a video comparing the two turbos on the same truck, interested on what the egt differences would be, and also the difference in spool time

You need to make an aggressor 75 now to compound this 62 with . I have the aggressor 62 in my truck with 7x12 injectors with a 6speed . I think this thing would be awesome with a 475 hanging off the back of the 62

Cool I may be in the market this year I'm looking for a stump pulling turbo on a budget this may fill the hole. Was looking at compound turbos but the 351 in my 04 has around 125k on it and I think it may be better to replace the whole thing instead of only doing a 400 in compound plus I already have a 5" mbrp straight pipe. So that will take care of the exhaust portion it is 4" down pipe. A bit loud but still dropped egrs and improved overall performance.

I've got an HX35 getting very tired, was looking at the K27, but I think this will be an even better choice. We tow heavy loads and we gotta keep those EGT's down!

Wow, that combo comes on nice and carries out for what it is. Interesting!

@6:45 my ears twitched. I’m here researching Cummins tuning for an intended installation on marine application.

Love the videos and looking out for the budget minded. Would this turbo work as one half of a compound set-up?

Perfect, and awesome info. it's good to have another option, I need quick spooling pulling work trailers with a manual. The compound kit is awesome but takes some serious spare cash to do it right. The stock turbo has got to go though

I had a silver bullet 62mm, 66mm, and also a Super B Special. No way I would ever go with a 62mm and the 66mm just took wayyy to long to spool. Seems like the 63-64mm is the sweet spot.

I'd like to know the fueling side of this truck, my 180 horse pump (4 springs is all) around 18 degrees timing, 5x20s and a htt s366. I would like to see numbers like this at least

Great job guys. I thought you were working on something that was a tweener.

Would this turbo be a good choice for a first gen ve 12valve with 5x13’s, Denny t fuel pin, and pump turned up? Or what turbo would you guys recommend?

have you ever run back to back. something similar non intercooled to intercooled? I know we can calculate the efficiency and the density difference but it would be cool to see on a 5 to 800 hp truck back to back dyno runs with nothing else changed running intercooled versus non-intercooled. we know intercooled is the better method I’m just curious to see a real world dyno graph comparison. I calculated I’m losing about 50 hp to the tire on my combo that’s making about 500 horse to the tire currently. just curios. Would be neat to see just how small of a nos jet it would take to make up the difference. i’m thinking very small.

Wonder how it would do on a 24v with a healthy vp, edge jwa, and your 7x.010’s

A how about pushing a ve pump truck added timing and jumping a tooth advanced on the pump and turning the power screw in before runaway just a suggestion just to see what's the most horsepower you can get out of it but really push it I say you can get 400 out a ve pumped truck

What was done for fuelling to get those number or is it just a tune?
