This video is a demonstration of Yoga for Back. These asanas can be safely practised by those suffering from stiffness in the back, slipped disc, bulging disc, cervical spondylosis or sciatica. This sequence of asanas will help to improve digestion and to strengthen the internal organs in the body. Practice when the stomach is not full. This sequence may be practiced either on a mat or on the bed.
You will need props like a belt, a bolster and cushions. Belt can be substituted with a stole and bolster with pillows.
