Right now every part of a defi UBI program is in development - albeit in varied programs none of which involve UBI in the USA directly. A transition to a modern defi UBI system to rescind "End Welfare as We Know it" reforms of Bill Clinton is just inches away from reality.

View my previous videos on this topic for more background guys - the Cliff Notes are that Bill Clinton's reforms have led to today's poverty (homeless) issues. A new federal UBI program for the poor is necessary. Individual state and city programs are fine for now, but poverty is a national issue requiring a coordinated federal response.

The states have proven that they are unable to manage this problem or effectively deploy the federal funds they have been given. The ever wider presence of the poor on our streets is evidence of their ineptness.
