Sweet potatoes
2- sweets cut into 1x1 boiled until tender
Salt and pepper to taste
2Tbsp maple syrup
1/4C cream

Asparagus-
1lbs asparagus
2Tbsp oil
Salt and pepper (generous)
3 garlic cloves
bake 400- 14min

Steak-
Sear all sides 2 minutes and cooked in 350F oven until internal reaches 125-130. Rest 8 minutes and slice into perfect medium rare.

My mom worked two jobs to raise 5 kids. My older brother was too busy hanging out with his friends to take care of us. I learned to cook on my own. My 3 younger siblings were my taste dummies. 😂😂😂 thanks to them I was able to hone my skill. Now I’m a free lancing chef and I get to travel around the country working cool events.
