My appointment was booked for June 2024 and there were almost whole month of august and September were open for appointments but one of the other information was wrong so I cancelled the appointment edit the information and when tried rebooking only 2 dates were available in October instead of whole month of august and September which is very strange

Please let me know the next step to reschedule my visa appointment. I am worried if I Close & start the application, my old payment may not be accepted, and I have to pay again. I also see these messages in my Mange appointment (One or more receipts have expired. If you cancel this appointment, you will not be able to schedule a new appointment until your application is paid in full, You may only reschedule 1 more time. If you continue, you will be unable to reschedule.) Please advise.

Yeah, when i click the reschedule option it shows SGA01, SGA20 error after a cancelation of appointment.

I am facing one issue where when I click on schedule appointment, it opens the page. After that, it shows no group class available and directly redirects the page to appointment confirmation.


Attached below is a screenshot for the same.

Do you have any idea about it, and will you be able to help and guide me on the same as I am trying to reschedule my appointment, But because of this issue I not able to proceed further. Have written complaint communication to cgi also, but no reply yet .

Will be really grateful if you can help on this issue.

Where as my friends can see all those dates from their account Whig is very strange

Hi Sir today I scheduled my appointment and my dependent and both of them got interview waiver my dependent coming first time in USA. So it’s not right, then I cancelled the appointment and make separate account for my dependent but in dependent account showing So my spouse separately made an account but in her account showing "Please reach out to your Primary Applicant. If your Primary Applicant has already scheduled an appointment(s), have your Primary Applicant reach out to the call center to disassociate you from the Primary Applicant's application."

I call them I am not getting any positive result they told me to close and start application but in my account I am not getting the such option. Kindly reply me what I have to do
