Pfaudler Waghäusel Germany - A modern plant optimized for customer needs

After almost two years of planning, preparing, rebuilding and renovating, the move from the historical Pfaudler site at Schwetzingen to the new premises at Waghäusel, less than 20 km away, has been successfully completed in May 2019.
The strategic decision to move the production plant to the new Waghäusel site allowed us to revisit key areas of continuous improvement:

• ENHANCING GLASS-LINING TECHNOLOGY
The relocation took place during the ongoing operations of the Schwetzingen facility and caused a minimal slowdown of production. The most critical part of the move, the glassing furnaces, was completed with significant improvements to quality; and energy savings with a state-of-the-art furnace design.
The first ISO 9001: 2015 audit in Waghäusel took place on 18.03.19 - 19.03.19, proof has been furnished that the requirements according to ISO 9001:2015 are fulfilled.
