This strengthens all three heads of the trapezius muscle.

Key points:
1) Keep your elbows locked as you raise your arms in a "Y" position
2) Aim to get your arms in alignment with your body

Try to suppinate it guys (not fully if you struggle), i found it tends to take out the shoulders a lot and burn that low trap !

Very similar to a cable y raise for the lateral head of the shoulder

Cool, nice variation. But ill stay with kroc rows, high snatch pulls and upright rows 🤷🏼‍♂️
