People keep saying that "All he is using is his hand and she has to use her whole body". What folks are missing is that they are both holding against the same amount of force at the focal point which it their hands. The rest of her body is inconsquential in the matter when they are testing grip strength.

That dude is strong af, he's wearing flat bottom rock climbing shoes and only using his grip strength while the female rock climber has treaded running shoes and she's using full body weight and that quad strength is something so that force is helping to pull him around

Both of them are pulling equally as hard because not only is her grip pulling him but his grip would also have to be pulling him as well. Idk about his shoes but all him sliding means is that he's either lighter, and/or his shoes are more slippery.

It has little to do with grip strength. It’s actually dependent on how much she is pushing herself against the floor, creating a static friction force to push herself back. It’s in the shoes.
