You can see the head is conected to a cut by the neck which means they forced the horse to dance and horses danceing is just animal abuse in general and I think there are cuffs on it so I think to make them dance they strap them on to a machine that makes them dance and the man is pulling the ring attached to the cuff on the head and neck and he’s pulling it which is making the horse dance to so this is straight up animal abuse!!!
