Ours keeps freezing and when we manually try to shut it wont detect and lock . What can we do ? Its been doing it every morning here in ontario . Yes my hubby works at 4 am so its cold as hell but he pressed the gate a few times by pressing the inner light dome and it just wont shut and left u drive away 😢please help
