Important: this video is for updating windows 10 only, it means you have existing user name and your own password already.
If you are installing the windows 10 from scratch,
you can still boot with windows 10 installation media and add a new user and set new password, please follow the link below for instruction:

Please type following command to create a user without password:

net user /add username *

Press two times "enter" on your keyboard to leave the password as blank or you can just enter your own password.
command lines you need:
net user /add john *
net localgroup administrators /add john
