Losing your job amid a pandemic is bad. Unable to claim from the Unemployment Insurance Fund because your ID says you are actually dead, even worse. This is the reality for identity theft victim, 41-year old Sithembiso Ndlovu. He was told that he shares the name and identity number of a Durban man who died in 2014.
