Story time....I was visiting Bangladesh several years back and I was heading to a bazaar not to far away. A bicycle Rickshaw asked to take me 100 takas. I said ok and I usually double it for a tip. We arrive and he says 2000 taka. I start arguing and he gets louder and angrier. A police officer walks over, they carry a large bamboo stick. He listens to us and begins beating the crap out of the driver for trying to scam me. I felt bad at first and left 300 takas, but this happens a lot. They see a tourist and try to rob them blind.
