2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1 kilo ground beef (lean)
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons tomato paste
4 pcs hotdogs, sliced
1000 ml tomato sauce (sweet style)*
*Note: you may also use plain tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, whichever makes you happy!
1 small can mushroom, include water
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
Grated processed cheese
Salt, black pepper, sugar, to taste

I admire you chef esp your hugot lines...."kung san k.masaya" "wag k ma stress" .. and i believed in saying na tama si nanay, i used to do that putting vinegar in any dish with tomato sauce, to last longer the life.

A very nice creamy cheesy version of this dish. Well explained also despite my poor Tagalog despite 26 years of marriage to a Filipina.
The one thing I would do different is that I would cook the sauce down a bit. Probably for 30 minutes to thicken it and bring all those flavors together. Still a nice recipe that I'll definitely want to make.
