Much like we see around the world the Incan people had a flood myth of their own. The parallels to other flood stories around the ancient world is astounding especially when taking into consideration the isolated state of the Incan civilization.

The legend of the flood is known to many cultures all around the world. the story is embellished in different cultures but remains basically the same storyline. This shows that the flood described in the bible really happened and affected all humanity.

The flood part might have been added after the conquest by the Spaniards but the cave part is in every indigenous Amerindian origin story
