wrong...not all aircraft STALL...canards are a prime example. The angle of attack is slightly higher for a canard and will make it so that the AOA for the MAIN WING in never reached.

Stalls are caused by drop in Airspeed. The AOA is a symptom of reduced airspeed and pilots attempt to maintain altitude.
