When you run payroll, you also need to pay your payroll taxes as they become due.

We’ll show you how to pay your taxes by electronic payment and by paper check in QuickBooks.

To use electronic payment or Epay, you’ll need a QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced account. You’ll also need your EFTPS PIN and password. If you don’t have an EFTPS PIN and password, you may need to contact the IRS to register.
