I could see some of these unused weapons and enemies come back as DLC, like what they did with the spider.
Maybe each boss would have an extra harder difficulty with these powers used.

What I like about Werner Wermin's earlier fight is that they kept the scene of his pulling out the rocket but then removed it from the fight al together. In the finalized boss fight, he pulled out the rocket but then his can explodes

A lot of things were added in the dlc the most interesting one is green man which was later added and revamped

What is neat is a few of these scrapped mechanics/bosses got used in the DLC


The octopus and his parry mechanic were used in the king's gauntlet

The spider and pickle ended up being used in bootlegger boogie (for the pickle it was just the boss mechanic not the actual thing itself)
