Create a Vertical Lollipop Chart

Have you ever tried to create lollipop chart? Not only are they sweet and fun to look at, it's actually quite easy to put one together. You may have seen these types of chart in a data visualization application called Tableau but you can even do it with good old Excel. It's just a modified column charts with some error bar modifications. Check out the video to see how to make this pop.
