The early smack down and SmackdownvsRaw games had a career mode, with free roam choices with consequences, and it was ongoing never ending like universe

I want more than two stories in my rise

My MyRise wishlist basically hasn't changed.

MAJOR:
1. Have three main storylines (male singles, female singles, and male tag team)
2. Have all storylines be more directly connected (not just minor references)
3. Focus on the main plot and LESSEN matches made due to sub-plots/social media interactions.
4. Reuse old MyRise cutscenes as Universe Mode cutscenes

MINOR:
1. Have worth-it unlockables (models and creation suite items). Unlockable paybacks were nice TBH.
2. Heighten the quality of the background sets/venues.

Ngl I wish they made a 3rd MyRise story with like a tag team storyline or maybe like what they did in WWE 2k20, just dont want our characters being complete losers like Tre and Red lol

There's one huge item you touched on here, and that's the Supercharger/Accelerator. Before 2K22, it always unlocked everything. For whatever reason, they got super stingy with it, and made it only give you what's in the VC shop. This year, they added an unlock option in the 40 Years Edition that gave you all the wrestlers from Showcase Mode...but again, that was it. No arenas, no CAW parts, nothing from MyRise Mode.

It's really petty when you think about it. It's like they're trying to force people to play the game a specific way. For me, I want everything opened up right off the jump so I can jump right into Universe and MyGM. So I feel you on that, dude.

i long storylines like i be thinking i’m the only one that likes the idea of making your own character and having a full fleshed out storyline. as long as i’m not doing dumb stuff and not getting treated like somebody that sucks then i’m all for it lol like man, i don’t know. i feel like myrise could be really fun

Yes!! Finally someone who understands me. I’ve wanted the free roam like how they did in HCTP. It made it seem fresh & interesting. 2k should infuse myrise & universe mode

Showcase mode needs to be removed asap like why am I supposed to play the match that happened in history. RTWM mode was a legendary one especially SVR 2011 that you can talk, attack and free roam in backstage. So these features can be added to myrise mode like you can walk, talk, and attack the superstar you wants. After finish the story we need to complete objectives like wwe 2k17 to be a hall of fame like win 16 times world champion, win 2 times royal rumble something like that. Also we can do all side missions whenever we want not like we have to do them in chapter 2 or 3.

The thing I miss the most from SVR is that time machine from 2011. They need to bring that back so that we don't have to play it twice for the platinum

Promos and storytelling consistency, please return. Feud who you want with. Really feel the energy of the crowd whether you are heel or face. An are you over meter? Make it harder and make it make sense.

personally I preferred the career modes of wwe2k19 and wwe2k20 rather than my rise

They should just completely remove showcase and bring back create a story. And have the game come with a default story created with the create a story mode.

I want 2k25's myrise to have a weekly match system and a back area you could walk around like you said, could still have side quest and social media as well! Hopefully it's a thing where you can start at the beginning of your career and your only goal is to get the undisputed champions. Obviously with a storyline that happens when you start important matches
