Just heard this at the tail-end of Sofi Tukker's global house set at The Lab. Felt compelled to look it up, and when I saw it was Pet Shop Boys, my first thought was "Wait. The ORIGINAL Pet Shop Boys??" Lo and behold, 'active years: 1981 - present'. Blew my mind. Just keeps on tickin' :)

This is the album and their period in the 2010s when they responded to people wanting a pure dance-pop-techno album from them, and the duo basically said, You want a pure dance album, here it is! The Pet Shop Boys held nothing back and came up with this great work.

I like this song not only for music, but also for some sort of philosophical lyrics... Am I the only one who notices a bit of irony mixed with sadness? Meaning we all chase after happiness but it's always as far as ever... for the most part.

Just because a song does not have lyrics does not make it bad. This is a great energic number that puts a smile on your face and makes you want to dance till the mornng. I cannot help but shout out the utterly catchy chorus :) And to those who blame it to be a b-side at best: Remember that PSB's b-sides have always been brilliant and frequently better than a sides.
