As a Taiwanese who grew up with 蔥油餅/scallion pancake, I approve this video. Try wrapping some egg, bacon (or any protein really), cheese, and basil in your scallion pancake and it's heaven.

that is definitely how we make it!! That's also one of the only few ways I actually like scallions despite it being such a prominent part of Chinese cuisine lolol. That looked absolutely delicious!

It really looks like Gözleme in Turkey! We stuffed it with mashed potatoes, minced meat or cheese. It's a great taste on summer days :)
