On my K75RT, there's a bloody hard foam pieace across the top of the airbox, preventing it from moving upwards.

Chris, I'm rebuilding a near-basket case 85. What is your opinion of the aftermarket air cleaners such as popular on bobber conversions? They certainly look great - but do you like them, and would their performance be hampered by my full LT fairing?

So I took the whole airbox out. Oil dripping from what looks like a filter for the pcv. Is there any reason to remove and clean that dripping mess?

The Clips are the biggest pain in my opinion. The back of box. 1994 K1100rs.

Does anyone just keep their bike without the hose attached? Is it necessary? I’ve seen some builds without the hose and it looks much cleaner

this video is irrelevant to 93 k1100rs with ABS1.. you have to remove the side faring plate and i lot of cables to obtain engough room just to break the seal..
