Competition among men for her is fierce without them necessarily knowing. So she treats her lower options like that, confuses but not rejecting them so they stay around if her higher options fail. Validating her too, increase her self esteem and libido so she goes to the next guy full of confidence. On the other hand she is pretty clear with her higher options, she could directly tell him how much she likes him, she wanna live with him, wanna move in his place, wanna see him tonight in her place.
