🤯Recipe below…

Today is day 45 if eating half a plate of veggies (or fruit) with every meal and I really felt like this delish oat flat bread for breakfast (because sometimes I don’t want to eat my oats mushy in a bowl). That coupled with a bowl of fruit hit the spot - so filling and satisfying.

✨ SAVE THIS FOR LATER

Ingredients: Makes one large serving
1 c oats

1 c water

Pinch of salt

EBTB Seasoning (everything but the bagel)

Instructions:
Mix oats and water in a blender until smooth

Pour or batter into a nonstick pan forming 2 - 3 pancakes

Sprinkle with a pinch of salt ad EBTB seasoning

Flip flatbread when ready and cook on both sides

TIP: Add veggies into you batter for added nutrients and extra volume

Love, love, love all your videos! Thank you for sharing this lifestyle! I used to be a vegan when i was a teen/20something, but didn’t think it was possible to go back after having children and becoming so set in my ways..I would love to see your cookbooks in print, i hate looking at devices while cooking…Thanks!!🎉🎉

I love wraps but I have a hard time finding tortillas with ingredients I approve of. So I just made a super huge one of these for my wrap. Put a little spicy mustard, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and peppers. It was fantastic!

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I'll certainly be doing this again.

Will have to try this.

I usually fill the bottom of my dinner bowl or plate with 3 handfuls of fresh spinach. Well cause of your challenge, I add water cress, radiccio, and arugula with the spinache. It's like a salad and gets dressed by the grain dish I plop on top of it.

I feel like you could add something...just dont know what...and use this as a pancake...
