The name of the restaurant, "Chikayo," comes from the name of the owner's mother, and is a recreation of the simple sukiyaki that her mother used to make at home.

The menu offers only three types of sukiyaki sets, and we ordered the most expensive set.

This sukiyaki set uses only Japanese black beef ribeye, without any vegetables, and is a must for meat lovers!
