🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

4 cups water
3/4 cup hemp seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey, or your fav sweetener

Preparation:
-add ingredients to a blender
-blend on high for 60 sec MAX!
-strain through a nut bag - use my promo code to save 10%! (story highlights)
-if using a nut bag, squeeze gently
-SAVE the pulp, I have something amazing for that! ;)
-transfer to container of choice and chill completely before serving.

💎Notes:
Blending more than 60 sec will introduce more heat and will make the final product have a very slimy consistency.
Homemade plant milks are made w/o gums or thickeners like the store bought version, that being said it will separate in the fridge so don’t be alarmed, simply shake before serving :)
Shelf Life: 3-5 days but my rule is: if it starts to have an odor, just start over 🤣

Okay you just made milk....from that quinoa looking stuff? I'm surprised at how white it is; did anything you added make it white? What does it taste like? Is it safe for kids and toddlers? OMG can you whip air into it like regular milk? I have so many questions.😅
