2023: EMSL Summer School: Demystifying Multiomics with Data Science
Over the course of five days, world-class researchers will provide instruction around the fundamentals and complexities of omics data.
Topics include:
Day 1 – Tools for Data Analysis: software tools for data analysis
Day 2 – Data Science 101: common and/or fundamental models and algorithms
Day 3 – Proteomics: data analysis in proteomics
Day 4 – Transcriptomics: data analysis in transcriptomics
Day 5 – Metabolomics and Multiomics Integration: data analysis in metabolomics
Presentation material is geared toward post-doctoral associates and PhD students, but all are welcome to attend.
