Suggestion for anyone programming robots. When you teach a point, always round every point either up or down a few decimal places. So if your X point is -266.678 round it to -266.700. This way if an operator or anyone who shouldnt be touching the teach pendant touches up a point, you'll know instantly that something has changed if it crashes.

This definitely got me. In conjuction with singularity avoidance, you can get some pretty unpredictable behavior.

Great video, very informative... Do you have a video for A, E, S Coordinates ? (a.k.a. the w, p, r)...? They might be related to FDS, but not too familiar with...
